Terms and Conditions — Try SEO
Last updated: 24 October 2026.
1. Provider and trading names
The website try-agency.com is operated by Try SEO (تراي سيو), a business based in Cairo, Egypt, officially registered with a commercial registration and a tax card. Try Agency, Try Marketing and Try are trading and marketing names within Try SEO’s business. They form an integral part of the business and are not separate legal entities or contracting parties.
Contracts and invoices identify Try SEO as the provider. Use of these names does not by itself claim separate trademark registration for each name.
2. Website use and service agreements
These terms govern lawful site and assistant use when properly presented and accepted where required. Browsing does not by itself create a purchase, payment obligation or consent to personal-data processing. Sending a form or speaking to the assistant does not constitute a paid service contract. Paid services require a written agreement covering scope, fees, taxes, milestones, acceptance, cancellation and other material terms.
Agreed special terms prevail over general provisions to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
3. Services and performance
SEO, social media, advertising, content, branding, web development and consulting are supplied only to the agreed scope. Rankings, immediate indexing, traffic, leads, sales and platform approvals are not guaranteed unless a specific lawful and enforceable commitment is expressly agreed. Market conditions, platform changes, budget and client inputs affect outcomes. However, these factors do not excuse a failure to exercise professional care or deliver agreed work.
4. Client cooperation and accounts
Clients provide accurate lawful materials, necessary rights and authorizations, timely access and approvals. Schedule effects must be communicated and documented. Access must be limited to necessary permissions; account ownership remains with the rightful owner. Client-controlled personal data requires appropriate processing arrangements where applicable. Do not send passwords or verification codes through public forms or the assistant.
5. Fees, scope and acceptance
The written proposal specifies currency, taxes, fees and third-party costs before commitment. Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software and licenses are excluded unless expressly included. Additional work, renewals and charges require disclosure and agreement. The contract sets payment milestones, review rounds, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Suspension for non-payment must follow lawful agreed notice and cure provisions. Silence is not automatically final acceptance and does not remove statutory defect rights.
6. Cancellation, termination and refunds
Contract duration, renewal, notice and termination are set out clearly in the service agreement. Settlement accounts for documented work performed and authorized third-party commitments. Sums lawfully refundable for unperformed work are returned under the agreement and applicable law. There is no automatic forfeiture of all payments or waiver of mandatory consumer rights. Material breach follows lawful notice and cure rules.
Required deliverables, data and access are handed over at termination and unnecessary access ends. No unlawful withholding of client accounts or data is authorized.
7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Pre-existing tools, methods, templates and materials remain with their owners. The service agreement determines assignment or licensing of bespoke deliverables, relevant payment conditions and source-file delivery. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. Site content and branding may not be commercially reused without permission or a lawful basis. Non-public information is protected subject to lawful exceptions.
Client names, logos and results are not used as portfolio material without appropriate authorization.
8. AI assistant and acceptable use
Automated output may be inaccurate or outdated and is general information, not a binding quotation, contractual commitment or specialist legal or financial advice. Important decisions require qualified review and an authorized company representative. Unlawful content, fraud, infringement, disruption and unauthorized access are prohibited. Proportionate protective measures do not override contractual or statutory rights. Data and voice-processing consent must be addressed separately in the privacy notice and relevant controls.
9. Liability, external services and force majeure
Liability follows applicable law and the valid service agreement. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability, fraud, gross negligence, data obligations or mandatory rights to the extent protected by law. These terms impose no blanket waiver or unagreed damages cap. External platforms apply their own terms and availability; reasonable notice and contractual mitigation duties remain. Legally qualifying force majeure requires notification and reasonable mitigation, with suspension, termination and settlement governed by applicable law and agreement.
10. Governing law, disputes and changes
Egyptian law applies, subject to mandatory protections. Amicable complaint handling does not prevent access to competent courts or regulators. No compulsory arbitration or unlawful forum restriction is imposed. Changes are clearly dated and accepted where required, and do not retroactively alter existing contracts without a lawful basis. Invalid provisions are severable where legally permitted. Arabic guides interpretation in Egyptian-law disputes without overriding mandatory rules.
