Privacy Policy — Try SEO
Last updated: 24 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Try SEO (تراي سيو), based in Cairo, Egypt, operates try-agency.com. The business is officially registered and holds a commercial registration and a tax card. Try Agency, Try Marketing and Try are trading and marketing names within Try SEO’s business. They form an integral part of the business and are not independent legal entities. Try SEO is responsible for personal data it collects for its own purposes.
Data processed on a client’s behalf is governed by the relevant service or processing agreement.
2. Information and purposes
Project forms collect the information you enter, including name, phone number, business name and project details. We also receive information you share through calls, WhatsApp and other available contact channels. Technical operational and security records may include IP address, browser, device, request time, visited pages and error records. The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, engagement and traffic sources; this may involve cookies and technical identifiers.
We process data to answer enquiries, understand project requirements and prepare proposals. We also take requested pre-contract steps and deliver agreed services. In addition, we operate and secure the site, resolve faults and measure site use. We process data to comply with legal duties and lawfully protect rights. Each purpose requires an appropriate legal basis. Where consent is required, it must be obtained and capable of withdrawal.
Browsing alone is not blanket consent to marketing, audio recording or other processing requiring separate consent. A request for contact is not unlimited permission for promotional messages.
3. AI assistant and voice
Inputs to the automated marketing assistant may include text and personal information you choose to provide. They may be processed to generate responses, provide the feature and follow up your enquiry, including through technical service providers. Do not assume a conversation is professionally confidential or never retained. Do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive information or other people’s data without a lawful basis.
Voice features, if used, may require microphone access and speech-to-text processing by the browser or technical service. Permission can be revoked in browser or device settings and is separate from marketing consent. Use text instead where available. Contact us to ask about processing of a specific conversation or exercise your rights.
4. Cookies and third-party services
Site functionality may use cookies or similar technologies for operation, security and preferences. Analytics services, including Google Analytics, use technical data to understand engagement. Optional analytics or marketing technologies remain subject to consent where required; this notice does not replace any necessary consent controls. Browser settings can manage or delete cookies, potentially affecting functionality. Deleting cookies does not undo earlier processing or necessarily stop all technical processing.
See Google’s Privacy Policy for Google’s practices.
5. Recipients and international processing
Hosting, maintenance, security, analytics, communications and AI service providers may process data as necessary for lawful purposes under appropriate safeguards and obligations. Disclosure may also be required by valid legal duties or competent authorities, or necessary for lawful protection of rights. This notice does not authorize selling your data or unrelated, undisclosed uses. New purposes requiring consent must be disclosed and appropriately consented to.
WhatsApp and social platforms apply their own policies to information provided through those services.
Technical services may involve processing or storage outside Egypt. Transfers are subject to applicable legal conditions, safeguards and required licenses or permissions. However, publication of this policy is not blanket transfer consent or an exemption.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the data, original purpose, enquiry or contract status, legal obligations and necessary dispute records. Data is not retained merely for speculative future use without a lawful purpose. It is deleted or appropriately de-identified when its purpose and lawful retention grounds end, subject to legitimate backup cycles. You may ask about the retention applicable to your data.
Try SEO undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the processing, including authorized access, protection in transit and incident handling. No electronic system is absolutely secure; this does not remove legal duties or applicable breach-notification obligations.
7. Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about and access to your data, a copy, correction, updating, deletion, limitation of processing scope and withdrawal of consent. Legal conditions and exceptions may require continued retention for legal duties or legitimate rights. Contact Try SEO, Cairo, Egypt, by phone or WhatsApp at +20 106 595 0565, describe your request and provide an appropriate reply channel.
Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. Requests are handled under applicable legal procedures and time limits. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information before an appropriate secure method is agreed. Rights to complain to the competent authority remain unaffected.
8. Children and updates
The site and services are intended for adults and business users, not collection of children’s data. Contact us about any child’s data so appropriate legal action can be taken. Changes are dated and accompanied by notice or fresh consent where legally required. See our Terms and Conditions for website and service rules. Arabic guides interpretation under Egyptian law without overriding mandatory rights.
